在记账页按住麦克风说话，松手后 App 会把这句话解析成一笔或多笔记录，金额与分类自动填好，确认无误点保存即可。

一句话可以记多笔。例如说「早上咖啡 18，中午跟同事吃火锅人均 128，晚上打车回家 36」，会拆成三笔并各自归类。

On the record screen, hold the microphone button and speak. When you release it, the app turns what you said into one or more entries with the amount and category already filled in. Review and save.

One sentence can become several entries. Saying “coffee was 4.50 this morning, team lunch was 18.20, and a taxi home was 22” produces three separate entries, each categorized.

AI 云解析会把这一次识别出的文字上传，交由云端模型理解，更擅长长句、多笔和口语化的说法。你可以在记账页自行选择用哪一种，每次记账都可以切换。

Local parsing runs entirely on your device, works offline, and is fast enough for everyday sentences.

AI cloud parsing sends the recognized text to a cloud model, which handles long, multi-entry and colloquial sentences better. You choose which one to use on the record screen, and you can switch on any entry.

Text is uploaded only when you choose cloud parsing; it is processed and discarded, never written to our database. See the privacy policy for details.

The purchase screen inside the app is the authoritative list of what each plan includes.

直接说出币种就行，例如「在巴黎喝咖啡花了 4.5 欧元」。App 识别到与账本不同的币种时会先提示，由你点一下确认是否按这个币种记录——不会自动替你改。

每笔外币都会同时保留原币金额、当时的汇率和折算后的账本币种金额，事后查账不会失真。多个账本可以各用各的币种。

Just say the currency, for example “dinner in Paris was 45 euros”. When the app detects a currency different from the ledger’s, it shows a hint and waits for you to tap — it never switches currency on its own.

Every foreign-currency entry keeps the original amount, the exchange rate used at the time, and the converted amount in the ledger currency. Different ledgers can use different currencies.

账目数据默认存在你自己设备的本地数据库里。

换设备有两种办法：一是用基础版起支持的备份文件导出与导入，把文件传到新设备再导入；二是高级版的云备份（需要逐个账本手动开启），在新设备登录同一账号后恢复。

请注意：云备份是备份，不是实时同步——两台设备不会自动保持一致。

Your entries live in a local database on your own device by default.

To move to a new phone you have two options: export and import a backup file (available from the Basic plan up), or cloud backup on the Premium plan, which you enable per ledger and restore after signing in on the new device.

Please note that cloud backup is a backup, not live sync — two devices are not kept in step automatically.

高级版是自动续期订阅，会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣费。

• iOS：系统「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中管理或取消。
• Android：Google Play 应用内「付款和订阅 › 订阅」。
• HarmonyOS：华为应用市场内「我的 › 订阅管理」。

取消后当前周期仍可继续使用，到期不再续费。退款由各应用商店受理，不经过我们；基础版是一次性购买，同样向商店申请。

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• iOS: Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
• HarmonyOS: AppGallery › Me › Manage subscriptions.

After cancelling you keep access until the period ends. Refunds are handled by the app stores, not by us; the same applies to the one-time Basic purchase.

App 内「我的 › 账号与安全」里可以直接注销，也可以通过删除账号页提交申请。

删除账号会清除账号相关的云端数据；存在设备本地的账目不会因此消失，需要你自行在设备上删除或卸载 App。有未到期的订阅请先取消，删除账号不会自动退款。

You can delete your account inside the app under Me › Account & Security, or submit a request on the account deletion page.

Deleting your account removes the cloud data tied to it. Entries stored locally on your device are not affected — remove them on the device or uninstall the app. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first; deleting an account does not trigger a refund.

• 先确认 App 已获得麦克风权限，并且说话时环境不太嘈杂。
• 句子里要有明确的金额。「今天去了趟超市」没有数字，解析不出记录。
• 口语缩略说法（例如只说「一百块」的各种地方叫法）有时认不出来，换成完整说法再试一次。
• 复杂的长句建议切到 AI 云解析。
• 识别出来的文字在确认前可以手动改，改完再保存。

• Check that the app has microphone permission and that it isn’t too noisy around you.
• The sentence needs a clear amount. “I went to the supermarket today” has no number, so there is nothing to record.
• Very colloquial ways of saying a sum are sometimes missed — try the full wording instead.
• For long, complex sentences, switch to AI cloud parsing.
• You can always edit the recognized text before saving.
