主要方式：发送账号删除申请Primary route: Send an account-deletion request

无需安装 App，也无需等待下方可选自助通道开放。请使用你的登录邮箱，或能证明账号归属的邮箱，发送邮件至 privacy@xuanqiantech.com，写明登录方式及希望删除鹦财记账（VoiceExpense）账号。如曾购买，可在我们确有必要核验时再提供原购买渠道和订单号。请勿发送密码、验证码或第三方身份令牌。我们将在 15 个工作日内响应，并仅要求完成删除所必需的身份核验。 No App installation is required, and you do not need to wait for an optional self-service channel. From your sign-in email, or another email that can establish account ownership, email privacy@xuanqiantech.com and state your sign-in method and that you want your VoiceExpense account deleted. Provide the original store and order number only if we later need them for verification. Never send a password, verification code or third-party identity token. We respond within 15 business days and request only verification necessary for deletion.

本页用于删除你在「鹦财记账」App 中创建的账号。你也可以直接在 App 内操作： 打开 App → 我的 → 账号 → 注销账户。 Use this page to delete the account you created in the VoiceExpense app. You can also do this inside the app: open VoiceExpense → Me → Account → Delete account.

会删除什么 · 需要多久What gets deleted · How long it takes

• 删除或停止提供：云端账号、登录身份、解析额度、签到与权益记录，以及云备份全部版本；备份对象如遇短暂故障会进入持续重试的删除队列。 Deleted or deactivated: cloud account, sign-in identities, parsing credits, check-in and entitlement records, and all cloud-backup versions; temporary storage failures place backup objects in a persistent retry queue.
• 保留在你自己手机上：本机记账数据不受影响（卸载 App 才会清除）。 Kept on your device: local bookkeeping data is unaffected (removed only when you uninstall the app).
• 不会取消订阅：高级版由原购买渠道管理；请另行在 Apple App Store、Google Play 或华为应用市场取消，否则可能继续扣费。 Subscriptions are NOT cancelled: Premium is managed by the original purchase channel. Cancel separately in Apple App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery, or billing may continue.
• 处理时限：邮箱申请将在 15 个工作日内响应；可选自助通道实际开放且验证成功时会立即提交删除。 Timeline: email requests receive a response within 15 business days; an optional self-service route, when enabled, submits deletion immediately after verification.
